Training Evaluation
Organization: Mi Casa, Inc.
Project: Mi Casa's project managers wanted to ensure they were providing the best training possible through their Cooperative Leadership Academy, so I worked with them to established pre- and post-training surveys to evaluate knowledge increases and collect feedback on presentation format, style, length, and content. I supported them in developing strategies to increase response rates and trained staff in use of tools to collect live feedback from participants during presentations. These efforts improved their overall program evaluation efforts increasing the consistency which which staff reported key performance indicators such as learning objectives, increases in confidence, knowledge check scores, and attendance rates for each training. I also crafted reports and presentations on the results of pre-and post-training surveys for staff to use in their planning of future trainings.
